What if you could read but had no Bible in your language? How good would your spiritual prospects be? Thanks to people like Wycliffe’s Cameron Townsend, in the last century the Church began to wake up to the importance and urgency of translating the Bible into ALL of the world’s many languages. With fresh approaches to translation, use of technology, and many diligent workers relocating to serve as translators in hard places, breathtaking progress has been made. 26 years ago people speaking 5000 unique languages were still waiting for someone to start translating the Bible into their mother tongue. Today the number of waiting languages has been slashed to just 544.

For over 25 years Keystone has partnered with Wycliffe missionaries Greg and Sherry Lorei who are in the thick of the technology revolution at Wycliffe’s Waxhaw base in North Carolina. Their team recently released a new app called Story Producer. Any follower of Jesus who wants to tell friends and family members about Jesus can use this app to tell Bible stories in their own language.
